How we handle information submitted through this website.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, Summit receives the name, organisation, contact details and message you provide. We use this information to respond and discuss the proposed work. Please avoid sensitive personal information or confidential documents in your initial enquiry.
Spam protection
The spam check runs on our Webcentral-hosted website. It uses a signed form token, a simple human-check question and a hidden field to help detect automated submissions. It does not send your enquiry to an external CAPTCHA service.
The server temporarily stores hashed form-token identifiers and an IP-derived hash to prevent duplicate submissions and limit repeated requests. These records contain neither your enquiry message nor your name or email address.
Delivery and retention
Your enquiry is delivered by email to Summit. The form does not create database entries containing your contact details or message. The email is retained in Summit’s mailbox for responding to your enquiry and handling related work. Hosting and email systems process the information needed for delivery and may retain technical and security logs under their service arrangements.
Website administration
Authorised staff use WordPress to maintain this website. Administrator login sessions use cookies. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver pages and maintain security. We will confirm any additional analytics or cookies before launch.
